The Build
LearnDash-to-FluentCRM Webhook Bridge
Built a custom webhook handler that captured every LearnDash enrollment event — new member, course access, group assignment, completion — and translated each into a real-time FluentCRM API call. No polling, no cron jobs, no lag. When a member enrolled, CRM was updated within seconds.
Headless Directory Architecture
Restructured the membership directory as a standalone data layer, decoupled from the course delivery UI. This gave the platform flexibility to change course structure or CRM tooling without rebuilding the enrollment logic.
Full Lifecycle CRM Automation
Mapped the complete member lifecycle — from first enrollment through active engagement, milestone completions, at-risk signals, and cancellation — and built FluentCRM automation sequences for each stage. Welcome sequences, progress nudges, completion congratulations, re-engagement campaigns, and offboarding flows all triggered automatically.
The Outcome
Manual enrollment overhead dropped 95%. The team that was spending hours per week on enrollment operations stopped doing it entirely. CRM sequences now fired automatically on every trigger. Member onboarding time dropped from days to under three minutes.
Support tickets related to missing course access or missing welcome emails dropped to near zero. Members got what they paid for, when they paid for it, with no friction and no waiting for someone to process their enrollment.
