Primary Colours
Primary Colours is a legacy arts non-profit in Indianapolis.
The first thing I did was audit everything — digital presence, donor pipeline, existing sponsorship packaging, audience reach. Signal: $46k+ revenue

Why this mattered
Primary Colours is a legacy arts non-profit in Indianapolis. They had a strong community reputation, a committed board, and real ambition. What they lacked was the infrastructure to turn that ambition into sustainable revenue.
No cohesive digital strategy. No scalable sponsorship framework. No audience infrastructure capable of supporting a major exhibition. When I joined the board, the organization was at a critical growth point — and the window to get it right was narrow.
What got rebuilt
Sponsorship Architecture
Multi-tier program designed with four distinct levels from $500 to $5,000. Each tier engineered with specific, deliverable value propositions — digital exposure, on-site branding, artist introductions — to maximize uptake across corporate budgets of every size.
Digital Platform Redesign
Redesigned the organization's digital presence to support both audience growth and donor/sponsor acquisition. Built for the exhibition and beyond.
Exhibition Marketing Campaign — 'Installation Nation'
Full campaign execution across the 23-day run: digital promotion, local press outreach, event activation, and content throughout. Sustained an audience of 10,000+ across the exhibition.
Donor & Sponsor Acquisition Strategy
Outreach sequencing, pitch materials, and sponsor deck. Turned the sponsorship program into a repeatable system, not a one-off ask.
The Outcome
The exhibition was fully funded. $46,000+ in total revenue. 10,000+ attendees across 23 days. 200+ local artists directly supported.
But the more important outcome: the organization now has a repeatable model. The sponsorship architecture, the campaign structure, the audience infrastructure — it all exists now. The next exhibition starts from a stronger position than this one did.
